Our event managers make it a point to explain the planning process and will be your main point of contact during the wedding reception.  They will oversee the event and service from the set up through to the final breakdown.

Our wedding catering menus always highlight seasonal Vermont products, but the rest is created using your ideas and vision for your reception. Upon receiving your inquiry, we will send an estimate using some of our most popular dishes.  From there, let's get creative! Using your wish list, our chefs can create a menu specific to your reception.  

For all the time it takes to plan a wedding, the event itself passes quickly. In addition to providing excellent food and service, we strongly believe that the couple and their families  should be able to forget about the logistics of the wedding day and simply enjoy the moment.
