It takes a team of people to make a wedding day seamless, and it is vital that all the details from the planning process are communicated and completed on the actual day. After all of our years of catering, we are still honored and excited to help couples celebrate their wedding day. We realize that this is often their first time using a catering service and that the process is unfamiliar and at times overwhelming.
Our event managers make it a point to explain the planning process, work directly with you through each of the planning stages, and be your main point of contact during the wedding. They will oversee the event set up, the service team and service periods; be the main source of communication with the kitchen team and the oversee the complete breakdown/clean up of the reception.
Our menus will always highlight seasonal Vermont products, but the rest is created using your ideas and vision for your reception. Once we receive your inquiry, we will send an estimate using some of our most popular dishes. This will give you an idea of the style of our food and provide you with a rough idea of the cost. From there, let's get creative! Using your wish list, our chefs can create a menu specific to your reception.
For all the time it takes to plan a wedding, the event itself passes quickly. In addition to providing excellent food and service, we strongly believe that the couple and their families should be able to forget about the logistics of the day and simply enjoy the moment.
To get started, submit the "request an estimate" form, and we will put together a preliminary menu and pricing for you to review. From there, let's chat in more detail about budgets, menu, special dietary needs, service, etc. The preliminary estimate is a starting point that will evolve as discussions continue. Please note that an estimate does NOT secure the date. We require a signed contract and deposit in order to reserve the date.
